What does burn out look like? It looks like being stressed out, over tired, can’t sleep, hair loss, weight gain or loss, fatigue, shutting down of your immune system…. should I keep going? Unfortunately for most of us, we wait until we are in burn out before we do anything and for some of us we wait until after burn out has taken over.
Our mission at Alignment is we want to show you that you do not have to wait for burnout to happen to make changes happen to better your business and life.
What Sets Us Apart
We are a collaboration of female service providers that work in the areas of Self Reflection, Purpose, Higher Self, Spirituality, Business, Wellness and Relationships. We work with you to support female entrepreneurs and business owners on their Alignment Journey. After you take your initial Alignment Assessment you can then join us in our weekly Mastermind in the Catalyst Community to get insight, tools, and support in the areas you are needing Alignment in.

This 3 month experience will help you:

Every week we will cover one of the areas of life
5 weekly live virtual experiences including Q&A
Weekly peer workshops where you will receive items to work on in each of these areas of life
